Paul came to my home in Banstead to fit a new 3 section wooden ladder to replace my rather clunky old aluminium one.The new ladder required the hatch to be turned 90 degrees from it's original locationThe service provided was absolutely first class. Arrived on time as agreed, the job was completed within a few hours. No mess was left and the quality of the new ladder is exceptional.Although the new surround to the hatch requires painting, it looks like the hatch has been there for years with no damage to the ceiling or the surrounding (ornate) coving.Excellent value and fantastic local professional company.

I have just had my loft floor raised, further insulated and fully boarded by Paul, Darren and Mario from Surrey Loft Installations. They also did me a new loft hatch too. They were just a pick from a Google search. From the outset Paul was excellent, arrived when he said he would for the initial quote. Had the quote to us very quickly, and from then on arranged everything quickly. As a team they arrive prompt and early to start their day, they care about your property with lots of dust sheets to protect your carpets as best they can. All three were sociable and helpful at all times, with them accommodating last minute extras like a double socket that I hadn’t initially asked for. The standard of the work was excellent, I would highly recommend the company and we are very happy with the finished product. It’s amazing what more you can do with a fully boarded loft! Very efficient.

New loft hatch, loft ladder and boarding.

Paul and Darren did a great job increasing the size of my loft hatch, fitting a new hatch, ladder and boarding part of my loft on raised wooden joists. A great job and I will use them again when I need some more boarding. Fully recommend.

Installation of a new loft ladder and hatch

I shopped around for quotes and solutions for a ladder for a high access hatch in my stairwell. Paul at Surrey lofts gave me helpful and logical solutions to the height issue, and a quote at a reasonable price. He recommended a spring loaded timber ladder and new insulated hatch. The job was booked in with no issues and on the day, the team finished the job in a matter of hours. Very professional and experienced with full demonstration on safely using the new ladder.

Loft Boarding in a new build house

Good work by two very pleasant guys who did what they said they would do which is fast becoming rare in the UK. The loft looks great and we could finally get our storage going after moving to a new house. They did the work the day after we moved in - highly recommended.
