I have just had my loft floor raised, further insulated and fully boarded by Paul, Darren and Mario from Surrey Loft Installations. They also did me a new loft hatch too. They were just a pick from a Google search. From the outset Paul was excellent, arrived when he said he would for the initial quote. Had the quote to us very quickly, and from then on arranged everything quickly. As a team they arrive prompt and early to start their day, they care about your property with lots of dust sheets to protect your carpets as best they can. All three were sociable and helpful at all times, with them accommodating last minute extras like a double socket that I hadn’t initially asked for. The standard of the work was excellent, I would highly recommend the company and we are very happy with the finished product. It’s amazing what more you can do with a fully boarded loft! Thank you Paul, Darren and Mario

Just as a job should be. Only a short delay between booking and completion; turned up on time; great installation; tidied up after ; friendly guys and a competitive price. What else is there?

We had two quotes for the work in our loft and the price per square meter was similar. The company were looking to do the whole loft which is very large and the cost was way more that I wanted to pay. Paul pointed out that 2/3 would probably never be used and we agreed to cover a more reasonable area. The work was carried out fast and to a high standard by a friendly and professional team headed up by Paul.

Paul and team recently boarded out our loft and installed a new loft hatch and ladder! I cannot recommend the guys highly enough - they were professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was made simple and the guys completed the work in less than two days. Paul was professional and so easy to deal with - he got back to me quickly on any questions I had and took such pride in doing a good job! It shows when someone loves what they they do! Thanks guys!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Surrey Loft Installations. Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We had a slightly awkward eaves space and were struggling to work out the best way to make proper use of it. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect solution for the space. The whole eaves storage installation was completed in a single day, to a really high standard, with minimum fuss and hardly any mess. The price was very reasonable too, particularly considering the quality of the work.Paul was also a pleasure to deal with — friendly, professional and always happy to answer questions and explain the options rather than simply trying to sell us something. We’re genuinely delighted with the result and now have a really useful storage space that we weren’t making use of before.Would highly recommend Surrey Loft Installations to anyone looking to make better use of their loft or eaves space. Great workmanship, great value and a really good team.

We recently had 13 square metres of our loft boarded by the Surrey Loft Installations, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, their service was absolutely excellent. Everything was handled professionally, clearly explained, and carried out exactly as promised. The team arrived on time and got straight to work, which we really appreciated.Paul, who I was dealing with before the job was attentive and responded extremely quickly to any questions I had. Darren and Mario were fantastic on the install, incredibly respectful of our home. They carefully laid dust sheets throughout the work area and kept any mess to an absolute minimum. It was clear they take real pride not only in their craftsmanship but also in how they treat their customers’ homes. The work itself was completed very quickly, yet to a superb standard. The 13 square metres of boarding is perfect, solid, neatly finished, and exactly what we wanted. It has made such a difference to our storage space. We’re so happy with the result and would highly recommend the Surrey Loft Installations to anyone considering loft boarding. A brilliant service from a professional and courteous team!

We couldn't be more impressed by Surrey Loft Installations. Paul is an absolute professional, arriving on time and giving excellent advice. We were very happy with the quote we were given, which we felt represented excellent value.Paul accommodated a tight turn around to clear our loft, before carpets were fitted; this is a very tiring and messy job at the best of times. He and his team competed the work on one of the hottest days of the year, but did so with efficiency and care. Alongside this, they widened our loft hatch, installed a new loft ladder, and made alterations to electrics.Paul communicates at every step, and responds swiftly. He understood our budgeting needs and agreed to split our work into two stages. We have been so impressed with "stage 1" and look forward to having our new insulation and boarding installed soon.Thank you!

Loft Boarding in a new build house

Good work by two very pleasant guys who did what they said they would do which is fast becoming rare in the UK. The loft looks great and we could finally get our storage going after moving to a new house. They did the work the day after we moved in - highly recommended.

Loft clearance and boarding

Paul and team arrived on time each day, tidied up after themselves, and completed the work to a high standard. Team was all polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Loft Ladder.

My wife has been saying for years we needed a loft ladder but I thought the roof-design would be a problem. Anyway we were recommended a four-part ladder that folded nicely within the loft hatch area so we were very pleased we could be accommodated and with the outcome.

Loft ladders fitted in two properties.

I am really impressed with the service and workmanship of this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They helped me out promptly and efficiently.

New hatch and boarded out loft space.

Very tidy job in a difficult loft space. No problem for Paul who completed the job as requested to a very good standard.

Loft boarding, new hatch and ladder

Professional, clean job.

Loft ladder and loft balustrade fitted.

Everything completed as specified. Polite service and although delayed by a previous job overrun we were notified ahead of time and they arrived as arranged.

Loft ladder and hatch door.

I contacted Paul after another company failed to arrive on the pre arranged day (after having waited weeks for the slot!). The access to my loft is difficult in that it is particularly high with limited hatch space. This was not a problem for Paul who was quick to advise on the most practical and cost effective option with no drama. The work was carried efficiently and tidily in a short timeframe and Paul made certain I was able to operate everything safely before he left. I am happy to recommend this company to others.
