James, who came to do the work, did a good neat job and explained how to use the new ladder well. I'm really pleased we went for the wooden ladder because of the ease of opening and closing the spring-loaded hatch and how much easier it is to climb than our old metal ladder.

My wife has been saying for years we needed a loft ladder but I thought the roof-design would be a problem. Anyway we were recommended a four-part ladder that folded nicely within the loft hatch area so we were very pleased we could be accommodated and with the outcome.
