When I called, Paul was really helpful arranging the work into our limited time slots and wasn't fazed by our larger than standard hatch. James, who came to do the work, did a good neat job and explained how to use the new ladder well. I'm really pleased we went for the wooden ladder because of the ease of opening and closing the spring-loaded hatch and how much easier it is to climb than our old metal ladder.

Paul had visited the house prior to the installation to listen to my requirements, view the loft, explain what needed to be done and how the cost would be broken down. This was followed up with his written quotation. Paul arrived in the agreed day and time to carry out the work. He prepared protective covering in the house and worked throughout the day to complete the job. He also explained that he used less materials than anticipated so reduced the price accordingly. I was very satisfied with the approach, the work carried out (with minimum disruption) and the final result.

Paul came at the agreed time to install a 2 tier loft ladder. The job was done there and then to a very high standard. He also took my old ladder away which was a great help. I would recommend this firm.
