Recommended Motspur Park experts for raised boarding & loft storage

Surrey Loft Installations is a top choice for structural loft boarding and storage. Our installation method is designed to increase your property's thermal retention while creating a robust, usable storage area.

We use a timber brace system to support the loft floor, reinforcing your ceiling joists and keeping the new surface elevated above the insulation. This prevents the compression of insulating fibres. This will help to maintain energy efficiency and prevent structural damage. As part of our thorough process, we reposition all insulation to ensure complete, uniform coverage throughout your attic.

We also offer the innovative EvoBoard system. Our certified EvoBoard installers can fit this combined insulation and storage solution in just a few hours.

Premium FAKRO loft ladder fitting in New Malden, KT3

We have found FAKRO timber ladders to be exceptionally durable and a popular choice among residents. We supply and fit a wide variety of ladders from FAKRO and other market-leading brands to suit any ceiling height or space requirement.

Our top-tier ladder models feature built-in, insulated hatches. This eliminates the need for separate hatch purchases and provides a low-U-value seal, significantly reducing heat loss and lowering your energy costs. This integrated loft system offers a seamless and efficient way to enter your attic.

Esher Loft Ladder Installation

We supply and fit energy-saving loft insulation in New Malden homes

Since the majority of domestic heat loss occurs through the roof, proper loft insulation is the most effective way to cut your annual energy bills by hundreds of pounds.

In addition to financial savings, upgrading your loft insulation improves your home’s EPC rating and lowers your environmental impact. It also assists with moisture control and dampens external noise. A well-insulated home is more valuable and far more appealing to future buyers.

Velux window installations & hobby rooms fitted in New Malden

Your attic is likely the biggest room in your house, but it is often neglected due to poor lighting or difficult access. Our team specialises in reclaiming these spaces so you can use them as you wish.

We install modern Velux windows that will flood the area with natural light and fresh air. In this way, we can turn a dark storage spot into a bright, welcoming environment. Whether you need a home office or a creative studio, we can transform your loft into a functional extension of your living space without the hassle of a traditional extension.

A Selection of Our Reviews

  • I am unable to view work done but the house is warmer and quieter. A very decent chap.

  • Excellent job, professional, efficient, tidy, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

  • Paul and team had very good communication through the whole process, including site visit, completing job and invoicing. Job done exactly as discussed and described. Would recommend.

  • 10 out of 10 across the board says it all. A no stress experience. I am happy to recommend them.

  • Paul and his team did a brilliant job on our project. They enlarged our loft hatch, installed a new hatch and wooden loft ladder, moved a light, installed a new led light in the loft, and boarded out the loft. From the visit to do the quote until the follow up, Paul was great to work with and always prompt in his responses. They did the job quickly and the workmanship is quality. We would definitely recommend them.

  • Very pleased with our loft ladder. Tidy and efficient service.

  • Paul provided a clear quote quickly. He wasn't the cheapest but he inspired confidence. He and his team (James and Darren, the electrician) turned up punctually and were very professional, with all work to a high standard. Our previously dirty and disgusting loft has been transformed into a bright, clean storage space with the added benefit of increased home insulation. I'd recommend Surrey Loft Installations and be happy to send before and after pictures.

  • Paul's team did a great clean job, completed in one day and removed all waste material. Completely reinventing what was a not really useful loft space into something I now probably won't be able to live without.

  • Very efficient and work carried out to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.

  • Great price great work, nice people, very good.
