Paul had visited the house prior to the installation to listen to my requirements, view the loft, explain what needed to be done and how the cost would be broken down. This was followed up with his written quotation. Paul arrived in the agreed day and time to carry out the work. He prepared protective covering in the house and worked throughout the day to complete the job. He also explained that he used less materials than anticipated so reduced the price accordingly. I was very satisfied with the approach, the work carried out (with minimum disruption) and the final result.

Paul did an excellent job for me. Both the hatches he brought with him would not fit into the tight space available. He immediately recognised what would work, express ordered it and had the job complete the next day. Highly recommended

They supplied and fitted a new loft hatch with in-built ladder and this required that they substantially enlarge the loft hatch. Our house is a 1911 house, the hatch was through a plasterboard-covered, lath and plaster ceiling and enlarging the space required moving joist noggins in a loft with the thick and uneven joists that houses of this period often have. I called them in as despite being a good DIYer I didn't fancy tackling this myself. They took it in their stride, worked within the original quote, and did a lovely job with no problems at all. I unhesitatingly recommend them.

Paul was very friendly and approachable and kept us informed throughout the job. He was quick at replying to questions and made was available when we needed him. The job was done within the time communicated at the beginning and was done to a high standard.

My wife has been saying for years we needed a loft ladder but I thought the roof-design would be a problem. Anyway we were recommended a four-part ladder that folded nicely within the loft hatch area so we were very pleased we could be accommodated and with the outcome.

After contacting, had arranged a date within a few days, got a 3 section loft ladder installed and our existing lift up loft hatch changed to a fold down. Super quick, really nice chaps, no mess at all, really good value! Parents were so impressed they got the guys to go round straight after and have the same done at their house!
