Really friendly team, took care to cut the hatch where it would be in the best location. I have old non-plaster board ceilings which can be difficult but they did it well and cleared up the mess. The whole job is great quality.

Fantastic service - creative problem solving and a really lovely finish

The work was good quality. Paul and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently and finished in an excellent time, leaving everything clean and tidy. There was good communications with Paul throughout the whole procedure from the initial quote, through to the end of the work.

Prompt, reasonably priced. All round very good.

Paul gave a good and honest appraisal of the job required and options (effectively advising us not to do any work at this stage in our second loft). The team arrived punctually as promised and completed the work efficiently and tidily. We were consulted about the positioning of a landing light that required moving so that it would not interfere with loft access. We are delighted with the job, quality of workmanship and the significantly improved access to the loft with its bigger hatch and built-in folding loft ladder.

Paul came a couple of weeks earlier and advised on the work required and that they would have to order the hatch fittings as they did not have the right size in stock. Once the hatch arrived , I was contacted and we arranged the appointment for it to be fitted. Paul arrived promptly (in fact 15 minutes early at 0715!) The work was done as explained to me (Paul had warned me that the wood surround would be painted with undercoat so I would have a bit of decorating to do), and bill was exactly as per the estimate. Very satisfactory.

Really good experience, much less messy than I had expected given an old loft floor had to be removed and the house was built in 1929. Paul was very clear on the work proposed. They did all the cutting outside in the driveway. The new loft hatch looks great and the ladder is much easier to use than the one it replaced. Quotation was reasonable for the amount of work involved and I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Great seamless job from start to finish, emailed Paul the dimensions, was told it would be very tight, but on the day of the fitment, Paul somehow fitted the hatch door and frame perfectly. Would definitely recommend this company. ??
