Excellent job all round - Paul and James visited before Christmas to part board the loft and to fit a new ladder. Was extremely impressed by their tidiness, workmanship and time-keeping (despite having a long journey to make) but had underestimated what we needed done so made another appointment in January for them to return and complete the job. As before the work was excellent and has really made a difference to the loft itself plus adds another layer of insulation to retain the heat! Would thoroughly recommend Surrey Loft Company Ltd if anyone else we know is looking for this type of work.

Efficient and tidy service.

Paul was quick to respond to my initial question by email so we took very little time to fix a date to do the job. Both Paul and James are very professional and did a great job fitting the 3 section timber ladders. It looks beautiful and a perfect fit to the new hatch. James gave me a demonstration on how to operate it before leaving. It looked easy and simple... However when I tried to do it myself (I'm about 5 foot 2, 158cm) it definitely wasn't easy and even felt vulnerable as I had to lift more than half the weight when folding up. Need to practice but I'm not getting taller or younger!

They were courteous, punctual, and completed the job very efficiently to a high standard and cleared up afterwards. They provided a good solution to adapting the balustrade for reasonable access. I've used them before for a loft ladder installation and would use them again without hesitation.

The work was carried out very professionally by Paul and his team. They were very polite, clean and tidy workers. Paul explained everything I needed to know regarding to use of the hatch and ladder. Paul had visited the house prior to the installation to listen to my requirements, view the loft, explain what needed to be done and how the cost would be broken down. This was followed up with his written quotation. Paul arrived in the agreed day and time to carry out the work. He prepared protective covering in the house and worked throughout the day to complete the job. He also explained that he used less materials than anticipated so reduced the price accordingly. I was very satisfied with the approach, the work carried out (with minimum disruption) and the final result.

I am very pleased with the job that Paul, James and Darren have done. On the day they arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard.
