We removed the customers concertina ladder and small hatch. Enlarged his hatch Then installed our 4 section ladder for restricted landing and insulated hatch.

The customer had recently laid one layer of insulation. We the raised his floor level with timber joists to fit his 2nd layer of insulation cross laid between the timber joists.

We then floored the whole loft for good storage.
