Paul came to my home in Banstead to fit a new 3 section wooden ladder to replace my rather clunky old aluminium one.The new ladder required the hatch to be turned 90 degrees from it's original locationThe service provided was absolutely first class. Arrived on time as agreed, the job was completed within a few hours. No mess was left and the quality of the new ladder is exceptional.Although the new surround to the hatch requires painting, it looks like the hatch has been there for years with no damage to the ceiling or the surrounding (ornate) coving.Excellent value and fantastic local professional company.

Brilliant service. The guys put in an entirely new and massive loft hatch where previously there wasn’t one, to gain access to a second loft space that was otherwise only acceptable via a hole in the wall at the back of the original loft, when previous owners extended. Then boarded out that second loft space in the extension (see photos). They also ran lighting to this new space. Plus boarded the 60% of the original loft that was unused. In this one they had to cut around and board under pipes etc. plus for the original loft they also replaced the very very old and small hatch with a much larger one (same style as the one in the photos but slightly smaller, due to space constraints). All of this was done over 3 mornings, so fast and speedy. The guys were polite, considerate and ensured there wasn’t too much disruption. Brilliant. Can’t recommend enough.

We couldn't be more impressed by Surrey Loft Installations. Paul is an absolute professional, arriving on time and giving excellent advice. We were very happy with the quote we were given, which we felt represented excellent value.Paul accommodated a tight turn around to clear our loft, before carpets were fitted; this is a very tiring and messy job at the best of times. He and his team competed the work on one of the hottest days of the year, but did so with efficiency and care. Alongside this, they widened our loft hatch, installed a new loft ladder, and made alterations to electrics.Paul communicates at every step, and responds swiftly. He understood our budgeting needs and agreed to split our work into two stages. Wooden loft ladder and hatch enlargement.

Paul and team did work for my mother's house. His communication throughout the process has been very high, answering a number of questions around options/installation process. Paul always responded quickly. On the day, Paul turned up early, carried out the final assessment and phoned me, advising me of precisely what work needed to be done and also notifying me of one or two legacy issues for me to take care of. On top of this, he was super courteous and left everything in tip-top condition. Highly recommended.

Paul quoted for loft boarding and a new ladder to which we accepted based on the competitive price and positive reviews. He arrived on time and carried out the work in a timely and exceptional fashion.

Paul and his team did an excellent job boarding our loft and installing a new timber ladder and hatch. He came early each day and got on with the job. The loft was boarded to the eaves as we wanted and did an incredible job. Paul is a trustworthy highly experienced tradesman who we would highly recommend.

2 X loaf hatches fitted with laddered.

Paul and his colleague did an excellent job. Showed up promptly and were able to do the job right away. We were advised to go for a wooden ladder for our main loft and a telescopic ladder for our smaller loft. Both done very quickly and efficiently and tidied away afterwards. Very pleased with results.

Great team, quick to come round for a quote and then able to meet our timing requirements too. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

Loft floored and balustrade fitted.

They were courteous, punctual, and completed the job very efficiently to a high standard and cleared up afterwards. They provided a good solution to adapting the balustrade for reasonable access. I've used them before for a loft ladder installation and would use them again without hesitation.
