He and his team competed the work on one of the hottest days of the year, but did so with efficiency and care. Alongside this, they widened our loft hatch, installed a new loft ladder, and made alterations to electrics.Paul communicates at every step, and responds swiftly. He understood our budgeting needs and agreed to split our work into two stages. We recently had 13 square metres of our loft boarded by the Surrey Loft Installations, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.From start to finish, their service was absolutely excellent. Everything was handled professionally, clearly explained, and carried out exactly as promised. The team arrived on time and got straight to work, which we really appreciated.Paul, who I was dealing with before the job was attentive and responded extremely quickly to any questions I had. Darren and Mario were fantastic on the install, incredibly respectful of our home. They carefully laid dust sheets throughout the work area and kept any mess to an absolute minimum. It was clear they take real pride not only in their craftsmanship but also in how they treat their customers’ homes.The work itself was completed very quickly, yet to a superb standard. The 13 square metres of boarding is perfect, solid, neatly finished, and exactly what we wanted. It has made such a difference to our storage space.We’re so happy with the result and would highly recommend the Surrey Loft Installations to anyone considering loft boarding. Full Loft insulation and boarding

Very prompt to respond to the initial enquiry, and very quick to visit, estimate and carry out the work. Paul and the guys did everything we wanted to a good standard and left the place spotless. Made a great effort to minimise decorative damage even when fitting a new loft ladder and hatch.

Very professional outfit. Joists raised, loft boarded, hatch relocated, timber loft ladder fitted, Velux fitted. All work completed to a high standard. Very impressed with Paul and the team.

Timber loft ladder with new hatch fitted; partial boarding of loft.

I was very impressed with Paul's work when he installed our timber ladder with hatch recently - the job was done quickly and it looks and works very well. Paul also gave a good demonstration of how the ladder worked and, when I realised that the loft was hardly boarded, Paul was able to put some boarding down there and then (for a reasonable extra cost). We are planning to get the rest of the loft boarded at some point and will definitely use Paul and Surrey Loft Installations. Highly recommended.

Increase the size of existing hatch. Supply and fit wooden loft ladder and new hatch.

Great service, only rang them on the Friday and they visited and installed it by lunch time the next Tuesday. Really well made product, well installed and looks good. Really quick and tidy job, and good overall value for money. Very pleased and wish we had done it years ago.

Paul (and 2 others) who did this job were punctual and polite, left the upstairs tidy and took care to show me all I needed to know about what they did (including use of hatch and ladder) before they left. I have already safely taken boxes up the ladder to store, and am very pleased.

Loft floored and balustrade fitted.

They were courteous, punctual, and completed the job very efficiently to a high standard and cleared up afterwards. They provided a good solution to adapting the balustrade for reasonable access. I've used them before for a loft ladder installation and would use them again without hesitation.
