We were very happy with the quote we were given, which we felt represented excellent value.Paul accommodated a tight turn around to clear our loft, before carpets were fitted; this is a very tiring and messy job at the best of times. He and his team competed the work on one of the hottest days of the year, but did so with efficiency and care. Alongside this, they widened our loft hatch, installed a new loft ladder, and made alterations to electrics.Paul communicates at every step, and responds swiftly. Paul and team recently boarded out our loft and installed a new loft hatch and ladder! I cannot recommend the guys highly enough - they were professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. Brilliant service. The guys put in an entirely new and massive loft hatch where previously there wasn’t one, to gain access to a second loft space that was otherwise only acceptable via a hole in the wall at the back of the original loft, when previous owners extended. Then boarded out that second loft space in the extension (see photos). They also ran lighting to this new space. Plus boarded the 60% of the original loft that was unused. In this one they had to cut around and board under pipes etc. plus for the original loft they also replaced the very very old and small hatch with a much larger one (same style as the one in the photos but slightly smaller, due to space constraints). All of this was done over 3 mornings, so fast and speedy. The guys were polite, considerate and ensured there wasn’t too much disruption. Brilliant. Can’t recommend enough.

Paul came to my home in Banstead to fit a new 3 section wooden ladder to replace my rather clunky old aluminium one.The new ladder required the hatch to be turned 90 degrees from it's original locationThe service provided was absolutely first class. Arrived on time as agreed, the job was completed within a few hours. No mess was left and the quality of the new ladder is exceptional.Although the new surround to the hatch requires painting, it looks like the hatch has been there for years with no damage to the ceiling or the surrounding (ornate) coving.Excellent value and fantastic local professional company.

Insulation, new loft hatches (x2), new loft ladders, boarding out

Paul and team did a great job from beginning to end. Responsive, flexible (we had to shift the dates of the work), honest (identifying that we didn't€™t need additional insulation in one part of the loft where another company had said we did) and tidy. Workmanship to an excellent standard. Would highly recommend.

New loft hatch, loft ladder and boarding.

Paul and Darren did a great job increasing the size of my loft hatch, fitting a new hatch, ladder and boarding part of my loft on raised wooden joists. A great job and I will use them again when I need some more boarding. Fully recommend.

Loft ladder and new loft hatch.

After contacting, had arranged a date within a few days, got a 3 section loft ladder installed and our existing lift up loft hatch changed to a fold down. Super quick, really nice chaps, no mess at all, really good value! Parents were so impressed they got the guys to go round straight after and have the same done at their house!

Paul was punctual, polite and professional when he gave me an initial estimate. When I followed up some months later he was very helpful on the phone and then just as helpful in person on the day of the job. He and his team were friendly, worked hard and did a good job. Very pleased.
