Brilliant service. The guys put in an entirely new and massive loft hatch where previously there wasn’t one, to gain access to a second loft space that was otherwise only acceptable via a hole in the wall at the back of the original loft, when previous owners extended. Then boarded out that second loft space in the extension (see photos). They also ran lighting to this new space. Plus boarded the 60% of the original loft that was unused. In this one they had to cut around and board under pipes etc. plus for the original loft they also replaced the very very old and small hatch with a much larger one (same style as the one in the photos but slightly smaller, due to space constraints). All of this was done over 3 mornings, so fast and speedy. The guys were polite, considerate and ensured there wasn’t too much disruption. Brilliant. Can’t recommend enough.

Paul came to my home in Banstead to fit a new 3 section wooden ladder to replace my rather clunky old aluminium one.The new ladder required the hatch to be turned 90 degrees from it's original locationThe service provided was absolutely first class. Arrived on time as agreed, the job was completed within a few hours. No mess was left and the quality of the new ladder is exceptional.Although the new surround to the hatch requires painting, it looks like the hatch has been there for years with no damage to the ceiling or the surrounding (ornate) coving.Excellent value and fantastic local professional company.

Scott and James did an excellent professional job in boarding my entire loft. I am delighted with the end result and the quality of their workmanship. They raised and strengthened the joists above the insulation and boarded the loft in my brand new home. They widened the hatch and fitted a timber ladder which is light weight and easy to use. They worked well together efficiently and tidily, and were friendly and polite at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Paul's team did a great clean job, completed in one day and removed all waste material. Completely reinventing what was a not really useful loft space into something I now probably won't be able to live without.

Excellent job all round - Paul and James visited before Christmas to part board the loft and to fit a new ladder. Was extremely impressed by their tidiness, workmanship and time-keeping (despite having a long journey to make) but had underestimated what we needed done so made another appointment in January for them to return and complete the job. As before the work was excellent and has really made a difference to the loft itself plus adds another layer of insulation to retain the heat! Would thoroughly recommend Surrey Loft Company Ltd if anyone else we know is looking for this type of work.

Paul came at the agreed time to install a 2 tier loft ladder. The job was done there and then to a very high standard. He also took my old ladder away which was a great help. I would recommend this firm.
