Loft store room Roehampton

The customer required a clean store room without extreme temperatures.

We enlarged hatch and installed a wide tread timber ladder.  Insulated and raised the floor. With the roof we fitted quilt insulation to the rafters to keep loft cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We then fitted a timber batten for an air gap to allow us to fix plasterboarded ready for decorating.

Lastly we installed balustrade kit around the new hatch for safety.
