Paul kept me informed of his progress at all times and was more than happy to answer all my questions as he proceeded. His electrician was also very helpful and did a good job regarding installation of new loft lighting.

Good work by two very pleasant guys who did what they said they would do which is fast becoming rare in the UK. The loft looks great and we could finally get our storage going after moving to a new house. They did the work the day after we moved in - highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Paul's work when he installed our timber ladder with hatch recently - the job was done quickly and it looks and works very well. Paul also gave a good demonstration of how the ladder worked and, when I realised that the loft was hardly boarded, Paul was able to put some boarding down there and then (for a reasonable extra cost). We are planning to get the rest of the loft boarded at some point and will definitely use Paul and Surrey Loft Installations. Highly recommended.

They supplied and fitted a new loft hatch with in-built ladder and this required that they substantially enlarge the loft hatch. Our house is a 1911 house, the hatch was through a plasterboard-covered, lath and plaster ceiling and enlarging the space required moving joist noggins in a loft with the thick and uneven joists that houses of this period often have. I called them in as despite being a good DIYer I didn't fancy tackling this myself. They took it in their stride, worked within the original quote, and did a lovely job with no problems at all. I unhesitatingly recommend them.

Good advice on which loft ladder I could have. Job completed promptly. Would use again if I had another loft.

James and Paul were great. Timely, talked me through the job and cleared up after. Putting in a new loft hatch is messy work so I would suggest extra precautions in keeping out the dust from clean rooms as the guys only use typical dust sheets. I can't fault the service however.

This is the 2nd time Paul has completed work for me. Brilliant, tidy work and all done exactly as required. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with, good communication on phone and email, seem to know exactly what they are doing. Arrived on agreed day as planned, no fuss or hassle, got on with the work and did so in a tidy and organised fashion, and job completed exactly as required.
