They supplied and fitted a new loft hatch with in-built ladder and this required that they substantially enlarge the loft hatch. Our house is a 1911 house, the hatch was through a plasterboard-covered, lath and plaster ceiling and enlarging the space required moving joist noggins in a loft with the thick and uneven joists that houses of this period often have. I called them in as despite being a good DIYer I didn't fancy tackling this myself. They took it in their stride, worked within the original quote, and did a lovely job with no problems at all. I unhesitatingly recommend them.
We were very happy with the with Paul and his colleagues did. They fitted a loft hatch for a reasonable price, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. We later decided we wanted new floorboards fitted and Paul was able to arrange an appointment at short notice, with the work completed in less than half a day. They were friendly, informative and polite, they tidied up the room when they were finished and overall, we were really impressed.
Paul's team visited promptly after initial enquiry and gave detailed quote. Was able to discuss the work needed and agree best plan. Both Paul and his mate were prompt, tidy and quick and did a great job.
Great service, only rang them on the Friday and they visited and installed it by lunch time the next Tuesday. Really well made product, well installed and looks good. Really quick and tidy job, and good overall value for money. Very pleased and wish we had done it years ago.

Paul and his team did an excellent job boarding our loft and installing a new timber ladder and hatch. He came early each day and got on with the job. The loft was boarded to the eaves as we wanted and did an incredible job. Paul is a trustworthy highly experienced tradesman who we would highly recommend.
