Paul offered to bring a selection of loft ladders with him, he'd have a look at my loft hatch and the space available in the bedroom for a ladder. Paul arrived with a colleague promptly on the day arranged. I was undecided between 3 ladders, the 3 section alloy ladder, the telescopic ladder and the 3 section wooden ladder. Paul advised the alloy ladder (the cheapest) would be the most suitable for my loft and needs. I appreciated his honesty, he also ensured I was able to operate the ladder safely. Furthermore, he didn't have to modify the existing trap door which was a bonus.

Easy to deal with, good communication on phone and email, seem to know exactly what they are doing. Arrived on agreed day as planned, no fuss or hassle, got on with the work and did so in a tidy and organised fashion, and job completed exactly as required. At all times approachable, helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

They were courteous, punctual, and completed the job very efficiently to a high standard and cleared up afterwards. They provided a good solution to adapting the balustrade for reasonable access. I've used them before for a loft ladder installation and would use them again without hesitation.

Paul had visited the house prior to the installation to listen to my requirements, view the loft, explain what needed to be done and how the cost would be broken down. This was followed up with his written quotation. Paul arrived in the agreed day and time to carry out the work. He prepared protective covering in the house and worked throughout the day to complete the job. He also explained that he used less materials than anticipated so reduced the price accordingly. I was very satisfied with the approach, the work carried out (with minimum disruption) and the final result.

I contacted Paul after another company failed to arrive on the pre arranged day (after having waited weeks for the slot!). The access to my loft is difficult in that it is particularly high with limited hatch space. This was not a problem for Paul who was quick to advise on the most practical and cost effective option with no drama. The work was carried efficiently and tidily in a short timeframe and Paul made certain I was able to operate everything safely before he left. I am happy to recommend this company to others.
